14 days to notify us
As a consumer buying online, you can withdraw without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts after receipt of the last item.
Send your withdrawal notice before the period expires. You can also withdraw before delivery. Any longer mandatory period that applies to your purchase remains available.
How to withdraw
You can use the online withdrawal function at Withdraw from a purchase, linked from the site footer. You can also send an unequivocal statement to support@corellscustom.com or our postal address below. Give your name and enough information to identify the purchase; an order number is helpful but not a condition for exercising your right.
You do not need our permission to withdraw. Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not, by itself, clearly notify us of withdrawal.
Online withdrawal confirmation
When you use the online form, enter your name, the purchase you wish to withdraw from and the email address for confirmation. Review the details, then use the button that confirms withdrawal. We send a receipt by email without undue delay, recording your statement and its submission date and time. Keep the receipt. Email and postal notices remain alternatives.
14 days to return the goods
Send or hand back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send them before it expires.
Return to: Corell's Custom I/S, Poulas Alle 44, 4400 Kalundborg, Denmark. Include information identifying your purchase and keep proof of dispatch. Contact support@corellscustom.com if you need practical return instructions; this does not postpone the notification or return deadlines.
Return costs
You pay the direct cost of returning goods when using ordinary withdrawal. We do not charge a withdrawal administration fee. For a valid claim concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we bear the necessary return costs; contact us so we can arrange the appropriate method.
Inspection and condition
You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. We may deduct only a loss in value caused by handling beyond this, and only where you were properly informed of the withdrawal right.
Goods do not have to be unused, and original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal. Pack them safely and return the included bulb and other supplied parts with the lamp.
When and how we refund
We reimburse without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.
For withdrawal from the whole order, reimbursement includes the original delivery charge up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. The additional cost of an expressly chosen more expensive delivery option is not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without reimbursement fees.
Standard colours and personalisation
Choosing from our normal shade and base colours does not make the lamp exempt from withdrawal. A statutory exception can apply to genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised goods only where its legal conditions are met and the exception is disclosed before purchase.
Defective goods
Withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights when goods are defective or do not match the agreement. Danish law provides a two-year complaint period from delivery; stronger mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected. See Terms of sale or contact support@corellscustom.com.
