Delivery area
We ship within the EU to the destinations and routes supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the available options. A country selector alone does not guarantee that a delivery route is available.
Methods and charges
In Denmark, delivery to an available parcel shop or pickup point costs DKK 49 for 1 lamp and is free for orders of 2 or more lamps. Home delivery in Denmark costs DKK 69 per order, regardless of the number of lamps. For other supported EU routes, delivery to a pickup point or home address costs DKK 80 per order. All delivery prices include VAT. Available methods and the total delivery charge are shown at checkout before you commit to the order.
Dispatch in 1–3 business days
Normal dispatch is within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. Dispatch means handover to the carrier; it is not delivery to your address or pickup point.
Transit and delays
Travel time depends on the route and carrier. Any specific delivery estimate is shown with the relevant checkout option. If a dispatch or delivery delay becomes known to us, we will inform you.
Unless a different delivery time has been agreed, the statutory rule is delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the agreement. If delivery is late, you retain your legal rights, including setting an appropriate additional deadline and, where the law allows, cancelling and receiving a refund.
Responsibility for the parcel
We bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or your designated recipient other than the carrier, takes physical possession. A different legal rule can apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Handover to our carrier does not end our responsibility.
Missing or damaged delivery
Contact support@corellscustom.com if a parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong goods. Your order reference and photos, if available, help us investigate. Reporting damage immediately to the carrier is helpful, but is not a condition of your statutory rights. Withdrawal and returns are explained at Returns & complaints.
